A Poem to Windows

A Poem to Windows

A little light-heartedness to share with you on the vital things that make up a home

"Windows, oh windows, how we adore, The way you let in light and more, You give us views of the outside world, And let us watch as life unfurls.
Rain or shine, you never hide, From your glass, we can see far and wide, You let us feel the breeze and air, And watch the clouds drift without a care.
In the morning, you greet the sun, And let us start the day with fun, We can see the birds fly and play, And watch the squirrels scurry away.
At night, you give us a glimpse of stars, And let us admire the beauty from afar, You make our homes feel bright and warm, And protect us from the cold and storm.
Windows, oh windows, we sing your praise, For all the joy you bring in countless ways, We love the way you open up our world, And let our imaginations unfurl"
