A not-for-profit group of government and insurance industry representatives wants a Flood Performance Certificate to be issued for every home.

The group, Flood Re, says the pandemic has dramatically changed what buyers look for in a home, prompting the likelihood of more house moves and therefore accelerating what it sees as the need for more flood information.
