Agents and landlords are in for a big challenge with a record-breaking 11 new schemes being introduced across seven different local authorities in April, with eight starting on the first day of the month.

Geospatial technology firm, Kamma, warns that this is the highest number of schemes introduced in a single calendar month since licensing schemes were first introduced in 2006.
