Latest data reveals the UK’s best housebuilders based on delivery and housing quality

The latest research from new build snagging experts HouseScan, has revealed which UK housebuilders are currently ranking top when it comes to the combination of homes built and the quality to which they are delivered. (Please click or tap the picture to find out more)

HouseScan ranked 16 of the UK’s biggest housebuilders based on two factors, their total homes delivered in a year and the number of NHBC Quality Awards and NHBC Seal of Excellence Awards they achieved during the same year before awarding each builder a ratio based on the number of awards to homes built to see which was delivering the most homes, but also at the highest standard.
