⛄⛄⛄ Millbank's Christmas Message ⛄⛄⛄

Merry Christmas to one and all!

Greetings to you all,

Before anything we want to start off by saying I hope you are well and would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
Also most importantly thank you. Thank to everyone who we have been speaking with and working alongside us in this strange time and doing so safely, whether that be showing you
around a property or showing others around your home.

Our aim is to end the year by focusing on our database and ensuring we start 2021 with exactly what you are looking to do.
So let’s not only close the door on 2020 but slam that shut and be hopeful for a better 2021. So as we are approaching Christmas with just over two days to go, there will be mixed emotions upon us all with the new tiers and rules. Although our aim is to go into the new year with an updated data base of those either looking to sell. let or buy or perhaps have even sold. we would just like to say we wish you all the best. It has been a strange year for everyone and here at Millbanks if there is anything that can be done to help you not just as your estate agent but as being a part of your community then we will do so and have been doing so.

We understand the stress of the lock downs, job loss and pure lack of spirit at the
moment but we are still here, open and answering the phones to help you with your
onward move. Whether that be selling or letting your property or searching for the perfect new home, whether you have five minutes or fifty-five minutes we are here to advise and
listen. Either way here at Millbanks we want to help.

could let me know if you are either looking to sell, let, buy, rent or if you have
decided to stay where you are for the time being? You may even be receiving
this as we have sold or let you property then please just take this as thank you.

If you’re planning to sell your home in Attleborough, there’s a truth you can’t ignore: not every property makes it from “For Sale” to “Sold.” While some homes attract buyers quickly, others linger and quietly disappear from the market. The difference isn’t luck—it’s about strategy, timing, and knowing what really sells here.

This superbly presented 4-bed detached family home in Attleborough offers modern, comfortable living. Including dual-aspect lounge with ornamental fireplace, versatile dining/study, spacious kitchen/breakfast room with twin doors to the garden, dual-aspect master with en suite, family bathroom, garage, driveway, and enclosed rear garden.

Fresh market insights reveal that homes are still taking longer to sell, with many remaining unsold. This shift highlights how crucial realistic pricing is from the start. Properties priced correctly attract more interest and sell faster, avoiding price cuts and the frustration of lingering on the market.

Choosing a new home isn’t just about the property itself – the neighbourhood plays a huge role in your quality of life. From schools and transport links to local shops and community spirit, here’s what to look out for when deciding if an area is right for you.
