Our desire for home improvement went through the roof in 2021 with 49% of UK residents improving their homes in some way – including home bars, home gyms, and building walls in between open-plan spaces to create better zones for flexible living.

New research from Rated People has revealed that when compared to the start of the pandemic in 2020, demand for home improvement has gone up by 50%.
