Today is the last in our Meet the Millbanks Team Series

Estate Agency has always been, and always will be, a people orientated business, people buy people, high levels of customers service count for everything in the property world of buying and selling. Today we introduce to you another team member from our successful Team Millbanks, today it's part-time Lettings Co-ordinator Georgie Hector

Georgie joined us in 2020 and has seven years of experience working as a residential lettings coordinator.
Her friendly and approachable personality makes her popular with our landlords and tenants and her colleagues in the office.
She said: "Millbanks is a great place to work as our team are all focussed on looking after our clients.
"I love the lettings side of agency work as there are daily new challenges. The biggest thing we always need to deal with and get up to date with is the constantly changing legislation that affects rental properties.
"I see a big part of my role as keeping my landlords on the right side of that regulatory fence as the consequences for getting it wrong can be severe for them."
Away from providing expert protection for our landlords' portfolios, Georgie’s a busy mum of one, with two cats, a gerbil and she loves socialising and good food.
Georgie's top tip for landlords: Beware of trying to do it all yourself. There are so many rules and regulations you can get caught out by.

Rental demand remains resilient in early 2026, but growth has moderated. For landlords, spring is less about reacting and more about refining strategy.

Over the past 25 years, UK house prices have risen significantly, quietly building wealth for homeowners along the way. While markets move in cycles, the long-term trend remains clear. For many households, their home has become one of the most consistent and powerful drivers of personal wealth.

Searching for the right home can be overwhelming. Use this practical checklist to stay organised, confident and ready to act when the right property appears.

This map highlights the share of single-occupancy households across Attleborough. Darker areas show where more people live alone, while lighter areas reflect more family households. Behind the colours are very different life stages, from young first-time renters to long-standing residents, revealing the diverse fabric of the town.
