Virtual tours took off during the pandemic, enabling house hunters to view properties from their own homes during lockdown restrictions at the height of the pandemic.

With the lifting of restrictions and a return to normality, demand for homes that are marketed with the use of virtual tour technology remains high and in those places where the technology is most trusted, it is starting to deliver undeniable results.
Research by estate agent media provider, Giraffe360, suggests that virtual tours remain an invaluable tool in the post-pandemic market when it comes to converting homebuyer interest.
