We continue with our Meet the Millbanks Team Series

Estate Agency has always been, and always will be, a people orientated business, people buy people, high levels of customers service count for everything in the property world of buying and selling. Today we introduce to you another team member from our successful Team Millbanks, today it's our second Property Viewing Specialist Karen Wilton

Karen has been involved in estate agency in one way or another over the past thirty years.
She’s been with us since 2018 and is one of our viewings’ specialists.
And one thing you’re guaranteed to get when Karen is showcasing your home is enthusiasm.
She said: “I’ve always been fascinated by property. And I love meeting new people, so being in a role where I’m seeing all kinds of homes and meeting many new people is the best job in the world for me.
“I love being part of the team here at Millbanks. We’re a close-knit, friendly bunch who take pride in what we do.”
And we love her in return for her chatty, relaxed, and honest personality.
Karen loves to relax by spending time with her family and gardening.
Karen’s top tip for homeowners thinking of selling: People buy homes with their senses. Sight is one of them, but don’t overlook smell. Dogs, cats, and even certain types of cooking can create smells prospective buyers might find off-putting, so consider air fresheners and opening windows and doors before viewings.
