We continue with our new Meet the Millbanks Team Series

Estate Agency has always been, and always will be, a people orientated business, people buy people, high levels of customers service count for everything in the property world of buying and selling. Today we introduce to you another team member from our successful Team Millbanks, today it's our Sales Progessor Amy Davidge

Amy started with us in 2021 and has become a popular member of our team, diving straight into helping clients.
And that’s no surprise to us as she is a former professional swimmer.
Amy is our dedicated sales progressor, and her job is to ensure our clients get their sales completed successfully.
She explained more about her role and background. She said: “I have always wanted to work in the property industry, so I jumped at the chance to join Millbanks.
“I love what I do as there’s always a different challenge to overcome and a great sense of satisfaction when contracts are exchanged.
“Anything can happen during a property sale, but because I’m a dedicated sales progressor, it means we’re ready for it.
“I’ve lived in Attleborough for 25 years, and it’s a lovely little town with friendly people.”
When Amy isn’t doing the things that need to get done for our clients, she enjoys socialising with her friends and looking after her cat Milo.
Amy’s top tip for homeowners thinking of selling: Not all agencies are created equally, so do your research before instructing one to work on your behalf. Always look for recommendations.

Buying your first home is an exciting milestone, but navigating the world of mortgages can feel a bit overwhelming. With so many options available, how do you know you're getting the best deal? One crucial tip: don’t settle for the first offer—shop around!

Over the past 70 years, UK housing completions have reflected shifting priorities and responsibilities. In the 1950s and 1960s, local authorities, particularly through council house projects, led the charge in building new homes, as highlighted in this chart.

It’s no secret that the younger generation in Attleborough is finding it tough to get onto the property ladder. With the rising cost of living, stagnating wages, and stricter mortgage criteria, it's no surprise that fewer under-34s are becoming homeowners.

Welcome back to news of Attleborough's property market, where each week I bring you different local property market stats and trends. This week I am back again with the September’s £/sq.ft statistics.
