We are looking to recruit an ambitious Residential Property Sales & Marketing Agent to join our fantastic team in Attleborough — someone who’s pro-active, full of energy, loves learning, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, meet clients, and make things happen! You’ll fit right in if you:
✨ Have a productive strong work ethic and a positive, growth-focused mindset
✨ Are confident in person, on the phone, and on camera (yes — presenter-led video!)
✨ Know your way around Facebook & Instagram for marketing
✨ Are smart, professional, and love connecting with people
✨ Own a car and have a clean driving licence
✨ Have sales experience (property experience is preferred — but not essential!)

💷 Basic £25,000 to £30,000 (experience-based) OTE £35,000 - £40,000

We offer full support, ongoing training, mentoring and a vibrant ‘buzzy’ working
team environment, where you’ll be encouraged to grow, learn, and be part of our growth journey.
The position would suit an individual who’s already working in estate agency, hospitality, a call centre or a sales related environment.
