Rents hit three-month high in January

Once again, lack of stock and soaring tenant demand continue to fuel demand for properties across England, pushing rents to a three-month high in January.

According to the latest data and market analysis from Goodlord, the average cost of rent across England rose again last month, with averages hitting £993 per property.
