We continue with our Meet the Millbanks Team Series

Estate Agency has always been, and always will be, a people orientated business, people buy people, high levels of customers service count for everything in the property world of buying, selling and renting. Today we introduce to you another team member from our successful Team Millbanks, today it's our Full Time Lettings Co-ordinator Demi Collison

Demi is one of our Residential Lettings Co-ordinators and leads our team of experts looking after landlords and tenants.
She lives in Attleborough and has been helping our landlords and tenants since 2019.
Demi is highly motivated with a good sense of humour and is a pleasure to have in the office.
She explained her approach to looking after our clients. She said: “I like making sure things get done correctly. This applies to everything I do but especially my work with landlords and tenants.
“We make a point of contacting our landlords at least once a month to check that everything is going ok and to see if there’s anything we can help them with.
“This helps builds relationships with them.
Talking of relationships, Demi says she feels lucky to work with colleagues with who she gets on very well.
And we feel lucky to have her, and not just because Demi is the best tea maker in our office. She even won a trophy for it presented to her by Millbanks’ owner Tony.
Demi’s top tip for landlords: Keep the décor of your property neutral and up to date. Tenants nowadays want properties that are modern and easy on the eye.
