We continue with our new "Meet The Team" Series

Estate Agency has always been, and always will be, a people orientated business, people buy people, high levels of customers service count for everything in the property world of buying and selling. Today we introduce to you another team member from our successful Team Millbanks, today it's our Office Manager Donna Vincent.

Donna’s our Residential Sales Manager and a whole lot more.
She’s been an estate agent since 1996 and still has an infectious enthusiasm and passion for all things property.
Donna is hard-working, helpful, and super competitive in everything she does.
She explained how she’s managed to maintain her love of selling homes more than 25 years after selling her first one. She said: “I love helping people move on to the next chapter of their lives, and I see my role as a privilege helping our clients make such an important step.
“I’ve been with Millbanks since 2012, and it’s a great team to be a part of. I love driving my team on to get the best possible results for our clients.
“I’ve seen huge changes to the way estate agents work over the years, but one thing doesn’t change, and that’s the importance of looking after your clients and acting with their best interests at heart.”
A mother of two, can-do Donna loves keeping fit, and spending time her family.
Donna’s top tip for homeowners thinking of selling: When it comes to agents offering cheap fees, beware. They can often end up being the most expensive option because they may cut corners on the service clients deserve.
